What you'll be doing
To assists on compliance projects for major clients.
You will provide management of FTA certificate solicitation process as directed or required.
The role requires professional communication with clients, suppliers and government representatives as well as administrative support for the Compliance team.
You will be responsible for
- Ensures timely phone follow up with client's vendors to obtain necessary documentation.
- Resolve missing or incorrect contact information.
- Maintain client and vendor relationships.
- Perform as an integral part of the compliance team.
- Participate in meetings and work together as a team to complete projects.
- Utilizing client and Buckland software to organize and manage workload.




- Follows client and Buckland procedures.
- Use analytical skills in problem solving a variety of situations.
- Create reports, assist in drafting compliance processes and work instructions.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
What we need from you
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
What skills & experience you'll bring to us
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Preferred phone customer service experience.
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently
- Professional and mature demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with strong knowledge of Excel (preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid analytical skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Strong team player with ability to work independently.
