Your Role

As a Human Resources Administrator at Phillips Medisize, you will play a key role in supporting Human Resources processes that directly impact the employee experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate administration of employee information, supporting onboarding activities, internal employee movements, benefits administration, and other HR-related administrative processes. Through your work, you will contribute to efficient, accurate operations that align with organizational policies and objectives.

You will be part of the Human Resources team, working closely with leaders, employees, and cross-functional partners to provide administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. What You Will Do

Maintain and manage employee data within Human Resources systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Provide support for recruitment, onboarding, new hire integration,



and internal employee movement processes.
Manage employee personnel files while ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of documentation.
Coordinate and follow up on activities related to benefits administration, employee records, and personnel management processes.
Respond to employee and leadership inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and transactions.
Prepare Human Resources reports and metrics to support business decision-making.
Support training activities, internal communications, and organizational development programs.
Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing HR processes.
Deliver a high level of internal customer service while promoting a positive employee experience.
