Yes You Can is looking for a bilingual, highly creative and execution driven Organic Social, Community & Content Lead to own the organic social presence of Yes You Can, Yes You Can Medical and Alejandro Chabán.
This is not a coordination role. This person will own the organic content engine from strategy through execution, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, community management, platform native content creation, performance analysis, creator content repurposing and continuous optimization.
The objective is simple: build attention, community, trust and demand while turning organic social into a measurable growth channel for our brands.
The role will work directly with Marketing, Paid Media, the Influencer Manager, Creative, designers, editors, creators, KOLs and production teams.

Channels
This person will oversee our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Facebook Groups, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and emerging platforms across the Yes You Can, Yes You Can Medical and Alejandro Chabán brands.

Key Responsibilities




• Own the weekly and monthly organic content strategy and calendar from ideation through publishing.
• Write compelling bilingual English and Spanish copy, hooks and scripts aligned with the distinct voice and positioning of each brand.
• Create, adapt and edit platform native short form content when needed.
• Own daily publishing across Stories, Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Own community management end to end, including comments, DMs, Facebook Groups and audience conversations, with clear response and escalation protocols.
• Proactively identify trends, hooks, formats, cultural conversations and emerging opportunities and move quickly to capitalize on them.
• Build repeatable content franchises and series that consistently grow Alejandro Chabán, Yes You Can and Yes You Can Medical rather than relying on isolated posts.
