Role Summary
The Project Manager owns the internal workflow and resource coordination engine that keeps Stryde's client delivery on time, on scope, and at the highest quality. This is not a client-facing role — it is an operational leadership position responsible for making the agency run. You will own ClickUp end-to-end, manage team capacity, eliminate bottlenecks before they become misses, and build the processes that scale with the agency.
Performance Accountability
Your performance is evaluated against one primary accountability metric and four bi-weekly KRAs:
Primary KPI: On-Time Task Delivery Rate - Target: 90%+
90%+ of tasks delivered on or before due date across all active client projects.
Bi-Weekly KRAs:
Backlog Aging - Number of overdue tasks older than 7 days across ClickUp kept at zero or minimal.
Capacity Utilization Balance - No team members flagged as critically over- or under-allocated.
ClickUp Hygiene - % of active tasks with a due date, owner, and current status. Target: 100%.
Escalation Speed - Average time from identified blocker to resolution, measured and trending down.

Serve as the primary ClickUp administrator - you own the structure, hygiene, and integrity of the workspace.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, task assignments, timelines, and status updates for all active client projects.
Enforce task standards: every active task must have a due date, an owner, and a current status at all times.
Prioritize and sequence work across projects to prevent collisions and missed deadlines.
Identify and eliminate backlog aging - no overdue tasks older than 7 days without a documented escalation path.
