We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracting Associate to manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contract creation, review, amendments, and execution
Verify business terms and contracting parties
Proofread contracts for accuracy and policy compliance
Collaborate with legal teams and maintain audit-ready documentation
Support automation and process improvement initiatives
Qualification:
Degree in Law or related fields with contract review experience via internships or professional practice (e.g. procurement area).
Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is desirable
Advanced English; additional languages like Portuguese or German is a plus
Experience with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, or DocuSign
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proactive, accountable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
