**Project/Program Manager**
**Lead IT infrastructure projects as a Project Manager**, managing teams in **Mexico and India** and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.
**Work remotely** in an **agile environment** with a **collaborative international team**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the development and execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring that deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met.
- Define the program's objectives and scope, ensuring they align with the company's overall strategy.
- Manage the interdependence between projects within the program to ensure no conflicts and objectives are achieved.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues at the program level, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary.
- Make informed decisions to resolve complex problems that may affect the program's progress.
- Coordinate the resolution of conflicts between projects or teams within the program.
**Requirements**:
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- 2-3 years of experience with Agile/Scrum
- Technical background in infrastructure projects (Oracle DB, OS, Firewalls, Disaster Recovery, etc.)
- Experience coordinating resources in different locations (Mexico - India)
- Experience tracking project activities
- Status reporting
- Risk management
