Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Incident Tracking and Documentation: Accurately log incidents, service requests, and resolutions using the organization's helpdesk ticketing system (FreshService) and change request system (Jira).
- Hardware Setup and Maintenance: Setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations, laptops, printers, and other office and warehouse hardware.
- IT Services Projects: Participate in IT projects such as the migration to Microsoft 365, system upgrades, and integration of new technologies, coordinating with other employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Network Connectivity Issues: Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN troubleshooting across the warehouse, factory, and office areas.
- IT Documentation: Help maintain up-to-date documentation of common IT procedures, solutions, and best practices for internal reference.
- System Maintenance: Assist with routine IT tasks and preventive maintenance such as system updates, backups, and patches to ensure that systems are secure and up-to-date.
- Vendor Interaction and Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with external vendors to resolve.
- IT Support for Manufacturing: Provide support for IT systems in the warehouse and factory, including troubleshooting issues related to manufacturing software,



network issues, and equipment.
Experiência y requisitos
- 5 years of experience in a desktop support or IT systems role.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly in both languages.
- Knowledge of IT helpdesk system (e.g Freshservice, Jira ITSM etc.).
- Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Office 365).
- Knowledge of MacOS and the Apple devices ecosystem.
- Knowledge of IT networking concepts.
- Knowledge of Collaboration Tools like Teams, Zoom, Slack etc.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity, EDR, Remote Monitoring, Domain Management tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
