About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Legal & Operations Intern to support legal, compliance, corporate, and operational activities across the firm. This role works closely with leadership, the operations team, external counsel, and other cross-functional teams.
The internship offers hands-on exposure to the day-to-day legal and operational needs of a growing investment manager. The intern will assist with agreements, documentation, compliance initiatives, corporate records, research,



and a variety of operational projects.
This is a broad, high-impact internship adecuado for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, comfortable taking ownership of tasks, and interested in gaining exposure to how a sophisticated financial firm operates.
Contracts & Agreements
Assist with drafting, reviewing, editing, and tracking agreements and legal documents
Support the preparation and organisation of NDAs, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, employment-related documents, offer letters, and amendments
Assist with contract execution and signature workflows
Help maintain contract repositories and document management systems
Track agreement renewals, obligations, and key deadlines
Employment & HR Legal Support
Assist with offer letters and employment-related documentation
Support onboarding and employment documentation processes
Help maintain employment compliance records and docum
