**ServiceNow Developer**:
This position requires the individuals to be experts on the entire **ServiceNow** platform with a concentration in **SAM & HAM**.
The ServiceNow developers will be expected to maintain, modify, remediate, and improve our various workflows.
They will be expected to swiftly remediate any defects or issues that arise impacting the **ITAM**modules.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enable, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow Publisher Packs.
- Respond promptly to incidents and defects, providing robust solutions to ensure mínimal disruption.
- Adhere to coding best practices to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing of code prior to migration to the Quality Assurance (QA) environment to ensure full functionality and absence of issues.




- Stay informed on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices to optimize ITAM module performance.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Change Management processes and batch update sets.
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and management.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to remediate incidents quickly.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification issued by ServiceNow.
- At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
