We are currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our virtual team in the following departments**:Administrative, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing**
**Administrative**:
**Customer Service **- In this role, you will handle incoming calls from existing clients, providing excellent customer service and answering their questions effectively.
Previous experience in a call center or telephone customer service is required.




Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate information is provided, and proficiency in English (B2 or above) is necessary for clear communication and proper documentation.

- A processor that is - Intel Core i5 or newer, Apple M1 or newer, AMD Ryzen 5th generation or newer
- 8GB of RAM
- SSD Hard Drive running their computer's OS
- At least 1GB of available storage on their hard drive
