**Position Summary**:
**Essential Functions**:
- Drive monthly collection efforts to achieve customer and team total targets.
- Understanding specific customer traits to be able to support customer changes/ issues.
- Responsible for cash forecasting on a monthly basis, including an understanding of variances to forecasts.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Able to confidently and efficiently correspond to all levels of management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Shows commitment to process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational skill and professional communication skills
**Required Experience**:




- 1+ years of AR accounting experience in a high volume manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- ERP experience preferred (SAP preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Knowledge of financial methodologies.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/related field or relevant experience
