Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun,
and meet great people along the way.
**Responsibilities**:
- Line Balancing based on takt times.
- Create/update engineering documentations ( method sheets, flow charts, Lay out, etc).
- Identify opportunities to improve labor, materials and overhead.
- Line Lay out Design.
- Work instruction design.
- Be able to perform all IE functions & assist with training of seasonal employees.
- Involvement in review of daily process records for learning purposes.
- Ability to work at a proficient pace, be self-directed and maintain specific job assignments throughout entire shift.
**Education and Experience Required**:
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in **June 202**6**.
- Ability to use standard MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to update documents.
- AutoCAD Software experience.
