As a project manager one must manage and set stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively and plan/manage tasks, resources and timeline effectively to successfully deliver projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibilities specific to the band level are:
- Manages complex projects
- Multiple stakeholders
- Multi team collaboration
- Long duration projects
- High visibility strategic projects
- Mentors junior team members
- Other responsibilities include:
- Understand project requirements
- Drive and participate in the discovery phase
- Plan project timelines and milestones
- Collaborate with teams to create work break down
- Identify, mitigate, and flag project risks proactively
- Monitor and control project progress
- Effective and proactive communication
- Drive projects to closure as planned
- Support team with documentation




- Mentor and support junior team members.
**What your background should look like**:
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree - Any
- Knowledge of project management techniques
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Knowledge of basic IT development platform and technology stacks
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- PMP or Scrum Master certification (good to have)
- IT Project Management Experience
- Agile Development experience
- 7+ years of Project Management Experience, leading digital project
- Experience working with product base companies.
