**Job Description Summary**
Coordinates control plans, inspection systems, and action plans to achieve expected results.Leads, mentors and develops team members to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives.Ensures the execution of non-conformances, containment, and corrective actions and metrics.Subject matter expert who can facilitate or lead training on quality tools.
- Prepares quality improvement team members by identifying training needs; training employees in analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Resolves quality issues by identifying problems; examining solution options; implementing action plans; providing resources.
- Recommends quality policies by identifying problems; studying standards; evaluating quality outcomes




- Promotes interest in quality improvement efforts by publicizing project results
- Recognizes improvements by developing rewards.
- Advises management by summarizing data; preparing reports; explaining proposals; counseling managers.
- Improves quality improvement job knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to quality improvement and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
