The Buyer is responsible for executing procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of indirect materials, services, and selected direct material categories required to support manufacturing and business operations. The role is accountable for sourcing, supplier management, purchase order administration, contract execution, procurement governance, SAP master data maintenance, and continuous improvement of procurement processesRESPONSIBILITIES

Support Purchasing Manager executing procurement activities for indirect product components as neededIndirect procurement for Maintenance, Repair and Operations, Office Supplies, Safety & PPE, Rental Agreements, Packaging materials,



Spares.Negotiate logistics contracts and monitor their performance.SAP ERP–driven procurement execution and data management.Cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.Management of annual procurement portfolioREQUIREMENTS:

Degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or finance with 2 years of procurement experience / Or 4 years of procurement experience with indirect materialsMinimum 1 year of SAP experience with SAP MM / SAP S/ 4 Hana, or ERP-driven purchasing processes.Familiar with procurement processes including document validations.Experience with data analysisAbility to work independently and exercise professional judgmentKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesTechnical background regarding parts, pieces, and equipmentExcellent communication skillsHigh problem-solving abilityKnowledge of market pricesAbility to negotiateKnowledge of vendor baseProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExtremely organized
