Imports Team Lead (Midtown Jalisco, GDL)

Support theleading and development within the Imports teams, ensuring the achievement of departmental objectives while providing close support to day-to-day operations.

The role will play a key part in people development, project management, strategic support, and coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouses, carriers, and other parties involved.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in imports, exports, logistics, and related customer service.
- Previous experience leading people, teams, and/or projects.
- Experience coordinating orders, shipments, logistics providers, and customer requirements.

Required Knowledge

- Import and export operations.
- International logistics.
- International trade regulations and customs processes.
- Order and purchase order processing.




- Shipment coordination, tracking, and distribution.
- Shipping and foreign trade documentation.
- Customer service and strategic account support.
- Sales and commercial support processes.
- CRM systems or customer/contact management platforms.
- Microsoft Office and Excel.
- English proficiency for verbal and written communication.
