**Title**: Supervisor, Warehouse and Logistics
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila IJD CRA
**Function**: Operations
**Main Responsibilities**:
Responsible for supervising and managing all unit shipping operations, both international and domestic, ranging from inbound to outbound freight and the proper crating of product. Manages the warehousing of all production parts and provides parts to both internal and external customers.
**What Skills You Need**:
- Manages the day to day warehousing operations and staff, ensuring that parts are delivered to both internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Manages the day to day shipping and receiving functions and staff.
- Monitors and maintains overall inventory accuracy throughout the facility and implements inventory controls.




- Selects inbound freight companies based on delivery rates, damage claims and overall cost.
- Coordinates international shipments and ensures all international shipping documents are accurate.
- Monitors and manages the usage of expedited carriers to meet production and customer needs.
- Develops and maintains work instructions for receiving clerks, crating, shipping clerks, material movers, and warehouse operations.
- Acts as the resident logistics professional available to the facility for shipping/receiving questions.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Working knowledge of logistics processes and applicable governmental regulations.
**Education**:
- Degree in Industrial Engineer, Logistics, International Trade, or equivalent.
