**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the CEO in keeping the accounting system up to date, this includes invoicing clients, receiving payments in the system, entering journal policies.
- Support in the logistics of the company; including coordinating transportation, pipes, customs, product rates.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers documentation of each shipment of chemical product.
- Administration of insurance policies, payrol, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Residence in Mexico
- Advanced level of English
- American visa
