To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Strategic Supply Chain Manager located in Guadalajara North Campus.
Reporting to the Sr Director, Supply Chain Managemen, the Strategic Supply Chain Manager will be In charge of directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products. Customer face and strategic.
What a typical day looks like:
- Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
- Checks materials related to data research.
- Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
- Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.




- Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
- Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.
- Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English oral and written.
- Advanced functional, technical, people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.
- Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of inter-dependencies of such processes at the site.
- Office Skills: Typing, telephones, data entry, HR related and office software to include, word processing, spread sheets, and presentation packages.
- Good knowledge of employment law and company practices, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Previous customer facing experience is also a plus.
- Project management experience is also a plus.
- New Product Development is also a plus.
