As a Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients. Your goal is to pre-qualify these potential clients and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to our specialist team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients with professionalism.
- Engage in conversation to pre-qualify potential clients based on established criteria.
- Efficiently transfer qualified leads to the appropriate specialist team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent English, (C1, C2 or Native)
- Basic understanding of the company's services and offerings.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm PST. That’s 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Mexico time.
- Agents work 5 hours a day, 25 hours a week.
