**Process Engineer**
We are a the world's largest 3PL for high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands.
And we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.
**What you'll do**:
- Conduct thorough analyses of warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement, including workflow design, material handling, equipment utilization and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations, logistics, quality assurance and management.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to measure and evaluate process performance, identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Develop and implement SOP's
- Design and implement process flow diagrams, value stream maps and other visual tools to communicate process changes, improvements plans and performance metrics.




- Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and technology integration to streamline warehouse processes.
**What you'll need**:
- Bacherlo's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar.
- +2 Year experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or other continuous improvement frameworks
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, etc)
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, project management and communication skills
- Availability to travel (US Visa is required)
