I need a person to do remote property management of my short-term rental portfolio in Arizona and Idaho.
Non-negotiable requirements:
- Based in the western hemisphere (near USA Mountain time zone)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Able to address guest concerns and questions with kindness and patience
- Proactive in completing tasks
- Willing to maintain and execute a list of various one-time and recurring administrative tasks.
- Willing and able to navigate the Google Suite of products and services.
- Must have a computer and be able to work from home.
Hours are Thursday through Monday from 4pm to 10pm USA Mountain time.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
