**Job Title** (Job Code): GPSS Continuous Improvement Manager (SO-EF-XX)
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- The GPSS continuous improvement manager is in charge of developing the level of maturity of the team
- Consolidating the dashboards relative to QCDT performance in GPSS scope, ARIBA guided buying ramp-up monitoring, SLA achievements against the countries/region scope.
- Maintaining and updating the business process documentation relative to GPSS operational activities

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- **Process Documentation**:
- Maintains and updates the Standard Operating Procedures of the GPSS hub in MEXICO.
- Full consistency is expected with GPSS Core Model
- Opportunities of improvement have to be captured, assessed, and translated in way of working, with the support and validation of the relevant managers (Procurement operations)
- **Maturity Development**:
- Makes sure that all the newcomers follow the standard Procurement induction plan, receive a training on GPSS procedures, and follow the handover process regarding their scope.
Monitors the maturity of the team, and is accountable for APSYS objectives applied to GPSS Mexico.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
- Makes sure data are provided on time for the reporting and for the governance meetings.
Suggests improvements to the existing set of KPIs and dashboard
He/she specifies and monitors the implementation of the relevant reporting tools to automatize the dashboards.
**MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES**
**Educational Requirements**_ _Business Degree or similar complemented by a demonstrated track record

**Experience**
8+ years of experience. Professional Background: Operational buyer experience with an experience in Process and Tools (Key user, Business process owner, functional expert, former project manager in ERP implementation, etc.).
**Mandatory**:

**Desirable**:
- Knowledgeable of SAP systems.
- A consulting experience would be a plus.
- Knowledge of reporting tools.

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to get things done on time in a transversal position, is considered as an asset in the team
- Well structured, ability to deal with complexity
- Strong communication skills in writing and oral (presentations, procedures, etc.)
