We're looking for a Validation and Test Automation Engineer to participate in the final validation of a large Software Development toolset.
**The responsibilities will include but will not be limited to**:
- Extension of large validation pipeline with new test scenarios, test cases, products, platforms, operating systems, etc. based on requirements, high-level description and CI system specifications.
- Optimization of validation pipelines.
- Execution of validation pipelines, monitoring of pipeline progress, reruns in case of infrastructure issues.
- Analysis of results from various heterogeneous tests: install, security, functional, integration, performance, etc.
- Manual execution of test scenarios and test cases that are not in the pipeline.
- Preparation of validation reports.
- Collaboration with various teams in multiple GEOs.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum qualifications**
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field STEM field.
**2+ years of experience working with**:
- Software testing methodologies and automated software testing.
- Debugging and troubleshooting.
- Programming in Python.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- The position is located in Mexico, it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico.
**Preferred qualifications**
- Master's degree in Computer Science or similar field STEM field.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration systems (Jenkins) and software development practices.
- Knowledge of design patterns and how to create modular, scalable designs.




- Experience in writing clean code and cover it by unit tests.
- Understanding of software development tools ecosystem.
