Value Improvement is a key area in our organization. You will contribute directly to our value improvement annual goals and implement a several initiatives to increase our operating income, providing Lean expertise and guidance to enable cross-functional teams and sharing best practices.**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the VIP program and achieve annual goals.
- Use of Lean Six Sigma and project management tools to support our corporate strategy.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute critical initiatives to deliver bottom-line and customer satisfaction benefits.
- Share best in class projects across the region.




- Develop technical capabilities in value improvement across the organization.
- Lead strategy deployment across the organization.
- Ensure proper monthly, quarterly, and annually reporting.
**Experience**:
- +3 years leading value improvement projects, practicing the Lean principles, methodologies, and tools.
- +3 years leading cross-functional teams.
- +1 year involved in projects using scrum & agile ways of working.
- Ideally, experience in Health Care, Pharma or Consumer Products Industry.
**Skills Required**:
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (Desirable).
- Good knowledge of MS Office and desirable in Tableau / Salesforce / SAP / JIRA / MIRO.
- Project management and presentation skills. SCRUM master certified (Desirable).
- Customer focused and strong communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in English.
