**Compensation Consultant**:
Participate in different consulting studies and surveys, analyzing and processing information, ensuring compliance with the deadlines and quality established by the Client.

**Profile**:
- Collect, analyze, and process information from different companies, i.e., valuation and match of positions, as well as compensation calculations from the different consulting studies and surveys developed by the firm.
- Participate in different stages of developing national and special compensation surveys for unionized and non-unionized personnel, analyzing information, and complying with established timelines.
- Participate in the execution of special reports requested by Clients, such as: newsletters, executive summaries, presentations, summaries, etc.
- Promote with assigned Clients: products,



services, courses, and seminars offered by Aon.
- Make weekly and monthly follow-up calls to Clients to request information on salaries, wages, benefits, and perks for the different surveys conducted in the compensation area.
- Collaborate in activities inherent to the Compensation area.
**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Administration
**Language: Intermediate English**:
Skills of service attitude, teamwork, willingness to change, flexibility, decision making, prioritization, communication, sales work, working under pressure.
Office skills (Word, excel and power point)
The position requires 1 year of experience in human resources, consulting, or compensation
