Looking to hire a full-time sales coordinator with 1-3 years of experience of order management, logistics coordination, and customer service. Please make sure your resume is in English!
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist sales team with daily sales activities, including order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination.
- Maintain and update sales trackers and customer records for accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentations.
- Complete vendor forms and handle customer inquiries promptly.
**Requirements**:




- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the CPG or food industry.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
