**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, volume hiring and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Excellent communicator; able to Speak, Read and Write in English and Spanish
- Well-organized
- A leader and strategic thinker
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
- Committed to work a full-time, remote job
**TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS**
- Functional and reliable computer/laptop
- USB Noise-canceling Headset (recommended)
- High-speed internet connection (at least 15mbps wired connection)
Pay: $132.00 - $165.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
