Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including following up on account statements, uploading invoices from vendors and carriers into our system, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and verify invoices and statements from vendors and carriers
- Upload invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on account statements and ensure timely payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor and carrier records
- Assist with month-end closing activities as needed
- Provide support to the accounting team as required
Qualifications:




- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred (Not required)

Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
