Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility in Tijuana & Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand. Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications & Manage inventory levels to optimize production efficiency.. Supervise assembly and production teams to ensure they meet production goals & Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Work with maquiladoras to leverage their expertise and resources.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment - Experience with maquiladoras and working in a cross-border manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
