Oversee the sheet metal design and will identify and recommend solutions to production problems related to materials, processes, and tooling ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. This position is responsible of the optimization of our manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products with lean techniques; working mainly with assembly area and New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist in problem solving with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise; reducing quality errors and improving productivity, safety, & ergonomics, and cost reduction projects. Collaborating on product design to ensure ease of manufacturing and assembly. Analyzing engineering designs to identify potential manufacturing issues. Proposing design improvements to optimize the manufacturing process and reduce costs. Verifying the accuracy of BOMs by cross-referencing them with engineering drawings, part lists, and other documentation. Conducting simulations and tests to validate the manufacturability of designs. Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the most appropriate tools.



Optimizing existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality using LEAN - six Sigma tools Providing guidance and technical advice to the design and production teams. Evaluating and selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing methods for each Identifying and resolving quality issues related to the manufacturing process. Project. Participate and/or lead risk management activities including product and process FMEA/DFM to ensure design for manufacturability and tooling to ensure efficient and capable production methods and processes. Participate and/or lead validation activities for design, process, or products. Value Analysis, Value Engineering (VAVE) Conducting feasibility study to estimate product cost and analyze capital equipment, capacity, and capability requirements. Possessing a solid understanding of design and manufacturing principles, materials and manufacturing processes.
