**Customer Service Representative**
RHI Magnesita has an amazing opportunity for Customer Service Representative Professional** **in Monterrey Actual Leon, México!
The Customer Service Representative Professional is responsible for developing, managing and delivering support services to the organization's sales. A Professional Experienced applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained work experience.
This position will report to the Head of Sharla Camila Serafim Diniz.
**The Customer Service Representative Professional tasks include**:
- Developing and plan training plans
- Processing orders from customers and resolving complaints;
- Advising customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc;
- Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments;
- Selecting, managing and training on sales related systems & databases;
- Assisting sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning;
- Assisting sales teams with sales reporting.
**About you**
Do you have:
- Bachelor's Degree




- Minimum 2 years of experience is required
- Create a report creation and data analysis
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Basic SAP knowledge
- Knowledge in logistics
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the public with a calm and professional demeanor
- Excellent Problem solving and organizational skills
- Hand on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven
- Familiar with data input, output, report creation and data analysis
- Works effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communications
