**Job Description: Supply Planning Analyst**:** Location**: Guadalajara, Mexico

**Overview**:
As a Supply Planning Analyst, your primary responsibility is to ensure that products are efficiently manufactured or sourced and delivered to meet customer demand. You will manage and oversee MPS (Master Production Schedule) and MRP (Materials Resource Planning) models in the SAP ERP system and convert demand forecasts into precise supply requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **
Demand Forecast Translation**:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to predict future demand for products.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing plan based on these forecasts.
- **
Inventory Management**:
- Optimize inventory levels to balance meeting customer demand and minimizing excess stock.
- Set reorder points, safety stock levels, and develop replenishment strategies.
- **
Production Planning**:
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule manufacturing based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Manage capacity planning and production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- **
Supplier Coordination**:
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials or components required for production.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to optimize costs and ensure reliability.
- **
Performance Monitoring**:




- Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy.
- Assess and improve supply chain efficiency based on these metrics.
- **
Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **
Education**: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Previous experience in MPS, MRP, and SAP ERP transactions.
- ** Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in SAP ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
**Compensation**:

Salary**: Monthly base salary ranging from 22,000 MXN to 30,000 MXN, based on experience and qualifications.
