Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Corporate Treasury Manager, the Specialist, Corporate Treasury is responsible for.

The Specialist supports cash reporting and cash management to help the company achieve its business objectives, meet internal and external financial obligations, and act as an
internal and external financial obligations, and act as a conscientious steward of the financial resources of Inmar and its customers.
In all assigned duties, the Specialist maintains appropriate financial controls and, as a member of the broader financial team
of the broader finance team, takes accountability for tasks and demonstrates a commitment to innovation and
processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Technical (50%).
- Prepare daily cash reports and analyze them for anomalous activity.
- Perform month end accounting entries, along with other month end activities.
- Monitor balances & Initiate transfers in bank portals as needed.
- Ensure coverage of ad hoc banking responsibilities on all working days, except public holidays, in
collaboration with other team members.
- Other tasks and/or projects as assigned.
Analytics (10%)
- Develop, maintain, & produce monthly, quarterly or annual reports as required.
- Collect, analyze,
& summarize data for requested ad-hoc reports.
Administration (30%)
- Manage the corporate card program
- Manage onboarding of vendors for electronic payments
- Manage setup of new bank accounts & service changes
- Initiate user/credential changes on banking portals
- Review and route documents for signature in a timely manner
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and policies
- Serve as primary backup to the US specialist.
Operational (10%)
- Identify and work with partners to resolve issues related to banking partners
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
- Participate in and provide input on proposed enhancements and process improvements
- Cross train in other functional areas as appropriate.
