Responsible for defining the annual maintenance budget, managing preventive and predictive plans, and ensuring compliance with Safety, Environment and Quality policies. Promotes methods and procedures to achieve a more reliable plant through best maintenance practices. Plans and schedules all maintenance interventions in a systematic and methodical manner.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure the implementation of maintenance strategies and policies.
- Manage the development and updating of the taxonomy of assets.
- Approve the preparation of the technical data sheets of the assets and control the technical documentation.
- Manage and update fault catalogs.
- Definition of the list of spare parts to be cataloged and inventory levels.
- Management of the maintenance information system (CMMS: SAP) with respect to planning, scheduling, and reliability strategies.
- Preparation of maintenance plans with the previously defined methodology.
- Coordinate the collection, updating, dissemination, and use of maintenance and reliability procedures.
- Measure and monitor asset performance indicators.
- Lead the root cause analyses, with respect to the methodologies defined in the maintenance strategy,



monitoring the implementation of the results of the data and failure analysis.
- Approve purchase requisitions received in accordance with the policies and criteria established by the organization.
- Ensure that all plant assets have the corresponding maintenance plans, for the expected failure modes.
- Manage the planning and scheduling process of routine maintenance and plant shutdowns, coordinating with the different areas to have the necessary resources and obtaining the optimal performance of the equipment.
- Manage the schedule of preventive maintenance shutdowns for the machines, equipment and processes of the plant according to their criticality.
**Position Requirements**
- Career: Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Reliability Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related.
- 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance; Reliability; Automotive Standards (IATF 16949); CMMS (SAP, MP10, etc).
- Joining Processes (GMAW Welding, Riveting, Sealing) - Desirable
- Softkills: Decision Making, Time Management, Planning, Action Oriented, Collaboration, Innovation & creativity.
- English advanced required
