Maintenance of Customer Satisfaction within LRQA’s defined business goals
Management of all customer business related issues including the appropriate intermediary communication with other departments within LRQA
One point of contact for all client related issues
Responds to all assigned clients queries liaising at Technical and Client Services Management
Administration and maintenance of service standards
Meet with clients when required to maintain customer satisfaction
Work with International Client Manager/ Key Account team as appropriate
Provide support to other departments and CS Team
Maintain the internal administration update (office actions, documents in place)
