- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational excellence or of combined experience in Engineering, Operations, Quality and Manufacturing, SMT. - 5 years of Lean Manufacturing or 6-Sigma problem solving skills managing large scale projects - Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and black belt certified - Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Proven Leadership experience within various Integrated Supply Chain function. - Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships (external / internal) - Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills,
