Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
These professionals have knowledge, expertise and experience across the major business processes they support for their Clients for Talent Recruitment. They understand their Client's strategy, priorities, and operations and broadly leverage this knowledge to advance business process differentiation. The role is required to conduct daily process transactions, develop and implement innovative process initiatives, drive operational improvements, and deploy leading edge solutions which match their Client's tactical and strategic requirements. These professionals require skills in business operations, process management and compliance, industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the process best practices and tools to execute their Client's core business processes for Talent Recruitment.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in Talent Recruitment for at least 5 years.
- Coordination and creation of Talent Recruitment campaigns.
- Experience negotiating with client's for tactical and strategic requirements.
