**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and manage requirements documentation.
- Ensure requirements quality by reviewing and updating requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team.
- Manage changes to the requirements throughout the development process.
Required skills and experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a integral team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management skills.
- Willing and able to travel (approx. 10%)
Preferred skills and experience
- Experience with requirements management tools.
- Familiarity with ASPICE compliant projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with Systems or Software development process is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in the Automotive or related Industry is a plus.
Education and Language requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Strong capability with English language (verbal and written) to allow effective communication directly with staff at R&D;, suppliers and customers (highly technical discussions)
