Ensure professional HR support on all HR operational issues and requirements. Responsible for the areas of Labor Relations, Safety and Training. Responsible for compliance with STPS standards. Manage industrial relations at the local level. Manage matters related to the employment contract and internal labor policies of employees. Responsible for the plans and programs of recruitment, selection, incorporation, development and retention of employees. Payroll manager. Responsible for HR KPIs such as: Absenteeism, Rotation, Security. Ensure full compliance with the Code of Conduct and internal policies and regulations. Manage compensation and benefits.
Experiência y requisitos




Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources department Bachelor of Business Administration, or similar. Employee service orientation. Good communication, leadership, teamwork. Knowledge of Mexican labor law, social security law, STPS, ISO 9001, fluent English.
