We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a** Programmer**
**What you’ll do**:
- Analyze large datasets using MS SQL Server to extract meaningful insights that support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards to visualize data and track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing activities.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams by providing data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the development of data models and algorithms to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of MS SQL Server and Qlik Sense tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
**Preferred experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Possess strong technical skills in MS SQL Server and Qlik Sense.
- Have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Show proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills.
- Have experience in the Sales and Marketing domain (nice to have).
- Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Advanced English
