**The Requirements**
- A proven track record of strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (spoken and written) with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the globe
- Robust project management skills with an eye for detail and the confidence to challenge when projects are going off track
- A consistent approach to project management and experience working on integral HR projects while leveraging project management tools
- Strong HR functional domain expertise (e.g. generalist, specialist, or operational)
