**Distribution Center Manager**
Our Distribution Center Manager plays a key role in leading the fulfillment center operations, overseeing the development and execution of processes that ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This leader is responsible for driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees
- Hire, train, and develop management teams across all operational shifts
- Drive key metrics: safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align labor and capacity planning
- Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Standardize processes and systems to support expansion and performance goals
Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications**:




- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
- Expertise in 3PL, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma
- Proven success in managing and developing large teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise (Excel, ERP/WMS/TMS)
