**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Accountant
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as controller in industry
Experience in Automotive Industry
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
Proficient in financial systems (ERP/MRP) and advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS standards and SOX compliance (if applicable).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Knowledge of tax regulations and incentives specific to manufacturing.
