**A Day in the Life**:
- Collaborates with Recruiters/TA Leaders to develop strategic sourcing plans and supports targeted sourcing efforts.
- Compiles reports, captures metrics/data, and provides market insights and competitor mapping.
- Maintains and nurtures the talent pool with regular communication and Employer Brand marketing via CRM.
- Communicates with external vendors and internal stakeholders and supports special projects and Employer Branding strategies.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0
to 2 years)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- ** Expert Level or Proficiency **in Microsoft Office programs (EXCEL and POWER POINT), Phenom, Power BI and AI
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Possess the maturity to handle sensitive information and data effectively
- Good analytical and quantitative abilities
- Advanced written and oral communications skills (English and Spanish)
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors
