The SDR role is primarily responsible for Partnering side by side with LATAM Sales Account Managers on high-value opportunities, you will be intimately involved in pre-sales activities (Qualification, lead management, discovery calls, product demos, level 1 technical presentations, proof-of-concepts, etc.) required to close the deal. Post-close, you will entrench yourself in the project, ensuring its success while continuing to foster a lasting customer relationship that could lead to even greater opportunities. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise to oversee all technical aspects that underpin regional tradeshows or events, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
**Job Purpose & Responsibilities**:
- Achieve or exceed sales revenue target for the product line, be an internal and external ambassador of integrated solutions
- Manages inbound leads, initial lead qualification and responds to inquiries in a timely manner
- Prioritize and distribute leads to Elo team members
- Assist in efforts associated with industry research, analytics, and high potential opportunities
- Identify and prioritize target accounts and key prospective contacts within assigned territory or vertical and actively prospect contacts.
- Assist in specialty business development campaigns and projects.
- Maintain accurate and timely notes on interactions within the CRM system.
- Streamline processes and provide help when projects require additional support.
Look for more efficient methods and use problem-solving skills.
- In partnership with Elo Regional Sales Manager and other sales teams, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets through the adoption of Elo solutions.
- Engage with customers, both onsite and remote, in technical consultancy and advisor role during the pre-sales process while providing technical assistance and solution guidance.
- Attend and present technical solutions and demonstrations at customer meetings and internal sessions with other company functions, as necessary.
- With comprehensive knowledge of Elo hardware and solution solutions, educate customers of all sizes on Elo’s value proposition while participating in discussions throughout the organization to ensure successful deployment and implementation of Elo solutions
- Guide technical evaluations, RFP support, and workshop design
- Serve as the customer advocate to other Elo teams, including Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
- Manage escalations into technical Support or Engineering (as required)
- Provide support for sales samples, including all required prestaging tasks essential for successful sample use and evaluation
- Work on other projects assigned by management

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- At least 1-2 years in a sales / technical support role in the Hardware / Software industries
- Experience and success working within a revenue quota and commission structure
- Technical presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of key operating systems including Android, iOS, Linux, and Windows
- Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Experience with modern software development or operations and their associated technologies
- Experience with customer-facing technical pre-sales or as a professional in the areas of information technology, retail, hospitality, payments, hardware, or software
- High school diploma
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical formation in computer science or equivalent work or academic experience

- Bilingual English and Spanish language skills
**Physical Demands**
- Able to lift and manage hardware equipment +-25 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Office work location in Mexico City, working primarily on phone and PC
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Must be able to work a standard full-time schedule
