**Job Summary**:
Ensure the availability of materials for a continuous production flow.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
- Able to create PFEP (Plan for Every Part) and conduct Kanban analysis.
- Daily execution of Kanban (Rescheduling and/or triggers).
- Inventory control activities: Adjust the number of Kanban cards, modify the size of the Kanban card, track and establish actions for the RMI reduction plan.
- Adjust the number of Kanban cards.
- Modify the size of the Kanban card.
- Negotiate Kanban lead time with local suppliers.
- Place/Prepare purchase orders in different systems.
- Confirm PO placement and material delivery dates.
- Track timely material delivery/adjust delivery dates if necessary.




- Monitor the production plan using ABS tools.
- Perform rescheduling.
- Release materials from the Quarantine area.
- Respond to and follow up on BOR/COR/Expedite orders.
- Resolve invoices on "HOLD."
- Participate as a key role in physical inventory.
- Ensure on-time production of customer orders.
- Ensure 0 stock-outs of raw materials.
- Evaluate, classify, and select suppliers based on production capacity, performance, quality, and delivery.
- Fill out results and track activities on the +QDIP board.
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:
- Education: Completed professional degree, preferably in Engineering or Administration. Those close to graduating will be considered.
- Experience: 1 year in similar positions, preferably in the electronics industry.
Required Knowledge/Training:
- Lean Manufacturing (Kanban).
- Conversational English.
**Skills**:
- Advanced proficiency in Office.
- Shop floor experience.
- Inventory control.
