What You’ll Own
- Deliver engaging technical training across payment processing products, processes and technologies, ensuring diverse audiences build the knowledge and confidence they need to use our solutions effectively.
- Tailor learning experiences to customer needs, adapting content and delivery to different audiences so training creates measurable value and stronger customer outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in training quality, using evaluation and feedback to determine whether business outcomes have been achieved and identify opportunities to improve.
- Keep training content current and relevant, incorporating changes from system development, regulatory mandates and payment brand compliance requirements.




- Build trusted product and technology expertise, developing knowledge across multiple solutions and understanding the dependencies between products, systems and functions.
- Create confident customer experiences, providing clear presentations, demonstrations and practical advice that enable customers to get the most from our systems and ancillary products.
- Grow capability across the team, sharing knowledge and delivering cross-training that strengthens colleague expertise and creates a more connected training community.
- Influence training design and delivery, contributing to new learning initiatives and ensuring content meets audience requirements while creating opportunities to innovate and improve.
