Responsible for managing and executing core HR operations across the Atizapan and Miyana sites, including onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, time and attendance management, payroll coordination, personnel documentation, audits, and employee support. Ensures compliance with company policies, maintains accurate employee records, and delivers a positive employee experience.Your responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires at Atizapan and Miyana. • Manage welcome kits, employment documentation, contracts and employee files. • Conduct onboarding sessions and support new hires during their first days. • Process employee record updates and maintain accurate personnel files. • Support payroll processes through collection, validation and submission of time and attendance incidents, overtime, sales incentives, bonus,
