What You'll Do
Be present and available in the office, providing hands-on support to ebankers and helping ensure they have a smooth and positive workplace experience. Act as the main point of contact between EBANX and our coworking provider, quickly addressing operational needs and helping keep the office running smoothly. Support the local People team with administrative, operational, and employee-related demands, helping the team respond efficiently to everyday needs.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma. Previous experience in Administrative Support, Workplace, Facilities, Office Administration, People Operations, or similar roles. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities while keeping attention to detail.
